Getting Here
We are located at 1908–1910 Gold Coast Highway, Miami — 200m from Burleigh Beach, 2km walk to Burleigh Heads.
From Gold Coast Airport: Take Route 777 direct — about 25 minutes, 50 cents with a Go Card. Bus stop 300m from our front door at Miami One.
From Brisbane Airport: Airtrain to Robina station, then Route 765 direct to the motel.
Driving: Free on-site parking for all guests, subject to availability. One permit per room. Street parking available on Christine Avenue.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
A $200 security deposit is required on arrival by credit card. This is refunded within 7 days subject to a room inspection.
Is there a lift?
No. Upper floor rooms require stairs. Ground floor rooms are available on request — limited to Triple Room configurations only.
What is the cancellation policy?
Direct bookings offer flexible cancellation on standard rates. Non-refundable bookings are charged in full at time of booking. Call us on (07) 5576 3211 for specific terms regarding your dates.
Which rooms are the quietest?
Upper floor rooms are generally the quietest. Road-facing rooms have double-glazed windows to minimise traffic noise.
Is the Christine Avenue tram station open?
The new Christine Avenue tram station is due to open mid-July 2026, right at our front door. Currently the bus stop at Miami One is 300m away with Routes 700, 765, and 777 all stopping there.
Can I request a specific room?
Yes — call or email us when booking and we will do our best to accommodate. If you wish to book a specific room shown in the photos, please contact us directly to confirm availability prior to booking.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on bookings. Call reception to request.
Do you allow pets?
No, we are unable to accommodate pets.
What credit cards do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard only. No Amex. A surcharge of 1.65% + $0.30 applies.
Are children welcome?
Yes. Children aged 6 and above are charged as adults. No cots or extra beds available.
